Please read before booking your appointment. These policies help ensure every client receives the best experience possible. By booking, you agree to the following: 📍 PAYMENT: • Cash Only. No Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or other forms of payment are accepted. • Please come with exact change ready at the time of your appointment. ✂️ BRAID LENGTH LIMIT: • I do not offer braiding services past waist length. • If your desired length reaches hip or butt, the style will not be accepted. ⏰ LATE POLICY: • You are allowed a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. • After 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. 🚫 NO EXTRA GUESTS: • Please come alone unless you are the parent of a child client. • No extra guests or kids allowed to wait during your service. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. • No-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments.Business Hours
